Marshall Cavendish Classics

Back in Print by Popular Demand

Ask any bookseller, librarian, or parent and they’ll tell you that the best-loved books are also the first to wear out. Unfortunately, they might also tell you that some of their favorite books have gone out of print and are nearly impossible to find. With this in mind, Marshall Cavendish is bringing classic titles from children’s literature back into print for a new generation and is identifying their classic status with a seal.

Marshall Cavendish continues to work with librarians, teachers, and bookstore owners to identify out-of-print titles that deserve to be returned to print as "classics." The selected books come from a variety of publishers, authors, and illustrators, with original publication dates stretching back decades. Most of the books are either award winners or received superlative reviews, and Marshall Cavendish has worked to maintain a look and feel that is as close as possible to the books as they were originally published.
